Description
For women who have entered or are nearing their second trimester of pregnancy. Prenatal sessions include a balance of recommended poses both standing, sitting, and reclining; breathing and pelvic floor exercises; and a guided relaxation or meditative rest period. Movements and asanas strengthen and tone the muscles and organs. An emphasis is placed on soothing practices. Visualizations, affirmations and relaxation practices with the baby are also introduced.
