For the pregnant woman who wants to be physically and emotionally prepared for birth and postpartum period (4th trimester). Weekly (or whatever fits your schedule) yoga sessions in the comfort of your own home teach you poses to alleviate common discomforts of pregnancy and labor. We also concentrate on breathing techniques for relaxation and stress-relief, meditation and visualizations for an easeful labor. Great for moms who have given birth before or who may not need childbirth education but want to learn ways to ease physical and emotional challenges of pregnancy and labor.
